Perfumed red and black fruits—raspberry, plum and cassis—layered with tobacco, cedar, dark chocolate, nutmeg and toasted nuts. Silky yet structured tannins, full-bodied with a creamy texture and a long spiced‑chocolate finish.
 

 
搭配食物
 
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, beef rendang, miso‑glazed eggplant, savory hot pot or spicy Sichuan beef.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand‑selected grapes; fermented and blended into a Bordeaux-style cuvée. Aged ~18 months in French oak (≈80% new; remainder 2–3 use barrels). Extremely limited production under Aurelio Montes.
