Deep carmine-red; ripe black plum, fig and cherry, with black pepper, tobacco, dark chocolate and vanilla. Soft, rounded palate, polished tannins, full-bodied and long finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested fruit; 5-day cold soak, ~10-day alcoholic fermentation, malolactic conversion; aged ~12 months in French oak and concrete tanks (≈50% new oak).
