Dark cherry, damson and ripe red fruit with floral and spice accents; silky, medium-bodied texture, ripe but fine tannins and a vibrant, lingering finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, fully destemmed; cold pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless vats, aged 12–18 months in French oak (30–50% new). Light fining/filtration before bottling.
