Silky, perfumed Pinot Noir: red and black cherry, raspberry, violet florals, baking spice, leather and forest-floor notes; medium-full body, fine-grained tannins and a long, spice-driven finish.

Western: roast duck, lamb, beef tenderloin, game birds, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, beef bulgogi/korean BBQ, soy-miso glazed salmon, shiitake & bok choy dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, 100% destemmed, short cold soak (3–5 days), 18–20 day fermentation with pigeage/remontage; matured ~16 months in oak barrels (≈50% new).
