Concentrated red and black cherry with ripe red berries, floral violet and exotic spice, subtle earth/mineral notes, silky texture and fine tannins; needs aeration in youth, unfolds with lingering spice and fruit.

Hand-harvested; 100% destemmed; 3–5 day cold pre-fermentation; 18–20 day stainless-steel fermentation; 14 months élevage in French oak (≈50% new).
