Ripe dark cherry and raspberry with rose-petal florals, baking spice and earthy undergrowth. Fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and subtle French-oak spice lead to a long, mineral finish.

Western: roast duck, lamb, beef Wellington, mushroom risotto, aged Comté or Époisses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ short ribs, miso-glazed dishes, shiitake and soy braised pork.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, destemmed, fermented with native yeasts in temperature-controlled vats, aged ~16 months in French oak barrels (≈50% new).
