Bright red cherry and raspberry, subtle wild strawberry, floral notes, light earth and undergrowth, gentle white pepper spice, silky texture and fresh acidity, fine-grained finish (elegant, medium-bodied).

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; 100% destemmed, cold pre-fermentation maceration 3–5 days; fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless vats with gentle pump-overs; aged ≈12 months in oak (c.25% new).
