Perfumed red cherries, raspberry and violet with hints of blackberry, cocoa and mocha from oak. Silky texture, refined tannins, fresh acidity and a persistent, mineral-tinged finish.

Hand-harvested; 100% destemmed; cold pre-fermentation 3–5 days; stainless-steel fermentation 18–20 days; aged 12 months in French oak (≈30% new). Bottled by the domaine.
