Bright red fruit (sour cherry, raspberry) with floral perfume, subtle earth and mineral lift. Refined, silky palate with lively acidity, gentle salivating tannins and an elegant, medium-length finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, 100% destemmed; cold pre-fermentation 3–5 days; fermentation 18–20 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats; ~30% aged in oak barrels, remainder in vats; bottled by the domaine.
