Bright lemon-peel and nectarine fruit with acacia and floral notes, chalky minerality and ripe apple/pear nuances. Medium-plus body, slightly waxy texture, lively acidity and a long citrus-tinged finish.

Slow, gentle pressing; fermentation and élevage in oak casks/barriques (partial new oak), 16–18 months maturation; minimal lees stirring and restrained batonnage.
