Fresh red fruit (strawberry, raspberry) with black cherry, subtle spice, liquorice and light oak. Medium-full, tense palate with bright acidity, fine texture and a slightly tannic, rustic finish that will soften with 3–6 years’ cellaring.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested grapes with careful sorting. Traditional Burgundian vinification (temperature-controlled fermentations, mostly destemmed), followed by élevage in French oak barrels to integrate oak and structure.
