Intense slate-driven Riesling with lemon and yellow orchard fruit, floral (violet/rose) lift and hints of tropical pineapple. Razor-sharp acidity, saline minerality, concentrated yet lithe texture and an extremely long wet‑stone finish.

Western: grilled/roast sea bass, lemon sole, roast chicken, pork belly, oysters and fresh shellfish, soft cheeses (Brie). Asian: sushi/sashimi, sashimi-grade tuna, Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai green curry, spicy Sichuan dishes, Korean BBQ (pork).

Hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in old Mosel Fuder (large oak casks); bottled as a trocken Grosses Gewächs.
