Perfumed Nebbiolo: crushed cherries, wild strawberry, rose petal, dried herbs and sweet spices (clove, cinnamon), cedar and gentle graphite; silky ripe tannins, bright acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Western: braised beef, osso buco, roasted lamb, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), beef rendang, shiitake hotpot, char siu pork.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Medium–long maceration; fermentation in stainless steel with malolactic; aged 18–24 months in French oak barriques (≈10% new).
