Smooth, richly fruited: candied plum, baked apple and apricot with vanilla, toasted oak and baking spices. Luxurious mouthfeel with a long, spicy, warm finish.

Western: dark chocolate, blue cheese, foie gras, roast duck, roasted/grilled lamb. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed fish, soy-spiced braises, aged-miso dishes. Also pairs with fine cigars.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Blend of 150+ eaux-de-vie (predominantly Borderies), double copper-pot (Charentaise) distilled, aged in French Tronçais oak (15–35 years), then skillfully married and finished by the cellar master.
