Complex and nuanced: violet and rose-petal aromatics, blackcurrant and blueberry fruit with smoky, licorice and espresso accents. Elegant, savory with abundant yet refined tannins and a long, persistent finish.

釀造方式
 
Manual harvest and parcelled vinification in concrete, stainless-steel and wood vats; cold pre-fermentation maceration, natural yeasts, vinification without added sulphites. Aged 16 months in French oak (≈50% new).
