Black cassis, black cherry and plum with violet and garrigue notes, cedar and cocoa. Medium–full palate with ripe, grainy tannins, fresh acidity and savory herbs; long, elegant, earthy finish.

Western: roast beef, Châteaubriand, lamb chops, duck magret, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi), braised beef short ribs, mushroom hotpot.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; fermented in stainless steel and concrete vats with careful sorting; aged 16–18 months in French oak (≈50% new).

Historic Margaux 4ème Cru Classé (1855), owned by the Sénéclauze family. Vineyard ~38–40 ha on gravelly Margaux soils; quality improved under director Ludovic David since 2009.
