Crisp, flinty Chardonnay: lemon rind, white peach, red apple skin and wet stone, with fine chalky texture, saline finish and subtle almond/peel complexity. Bright acidity and long, focused minerality.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested fruit, whole-bunch pressing to tank, wild/indigenous yeast fermentation, matured ~10–12 months in older oak with lees contact and minimal new oak; bottled unfined/unfiltered in some releases.
