Deep blackberry and cassis core with graphite, pencil shavings, tobacco and cedar. Very concentrated, firm powdery tannins, fresh acidity and a long, powerful finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, venison, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Chinese red-braised beef, Korean BBQ (galbi), Japanese wagyu or char siu.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, fermentation in stainless steel vats with malolactic fermentation; aged ~15 months in French oak (≈70% new).
