Delicate red and black cherry, crushed strawberry, sous-bois and violet perfume with hints of graphite, orange peel and spice. Fresh acidity, silky, layered tannins and a savory, slightly smoky finish.

Hand-harvested fruit; careful sorting, partial whole-cluster (approx. 50%) and open-vat fermentation (~21 days); élevage ~16 months in oak (c.22–28% new). Sustainable viticulture practices.
