Concentrated red and black cherry, raspberry and plum with violet florals, forest‑floor and savory herb notes. Medium‑full body, powdery tannins, lively acidity and a saline, long finish—classic structured Pommard with ripe dark‑fruit core.

Hand‑harvested Pinot Noir; destemmed with cool pre‑fermentation maceration, gentle extraction; matured 15–18 months in French oak (≈20–30% new); minimal intervention.
