Black cherry, blackberry and violet with blood-orange citrus and stony minerality. Silky attack, ample mid-palate, ripe yet energetic tannins and a long, mineral finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested old-vine Gamay; partial whole-cluster (≈20%), cold pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation in cuve and 600L demi-muids, aged 12–18 months in large oak with limited new oak; minimal intervention.

Louis Boillot founded his domaine after 2002; based in Chambolle‑Musigny, applying a Burgundian approach to Beaujolais. Vines are often 50+ years and farmed with lutte raisonnée.
