Elegant red-cherry and raspberry fruit with floral perfume, delicate spice and mineral lift; silky, refined mid-palate and a youthfully austere, lingering finish (pure, midweight, very Chambolle-like).

Western: roast duck, mushroom risotto, roast lamb, charcuterie, soft cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, miso-glazed salmon, grilled teriyaki dishes, Korean bulgogi, shiitake and soy-based dishes.

Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; mostly destemmed, cool pre-fermentation maceration, gentle extraction, limited new oak (20–30%), aged ~15–18 months in barrel; low-intervention approach.

Domaine Louis Boillot (est. early 2000s) descended from the Boillot family; wines made in Chambolle-Musigny alongside Ghislaine Barthod; son Clément now running winemaking, with old-vine parcels and reasoned/organic practices.
