Lemon peel, apricot and pineapple with a slightly honeyed citrus note, creamy textured mid-palate, bright acidity and saline/seashell minerality; medium–full-bodied with a subtle, limpid finish.

Western: grilled chicken with herbs, fish risotto, fresh scallops, oysters, aged cheddar. Asian: stir-fried shrimp with asparagus, large yellow croaker with kombu, sashimi/steamed seafood, scallop congee.
 

 
釀造方式
 
80% Chardonnay, 20% Petit Manseng; fermented in stainless steel and partly in oak, aged sur lie with light new-oak influence and bottle maturation.
