Pale straw yellow with ash-grey highlights. Aromas of linden (lily) blossom, vanilla and ripe pear. Mineral and well-structured, medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a long, aromatic finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested fruit; cold settling/maceration of must; fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks; refined/aged in stainless steel for ~4–5 months then bottle-aged.
