Straw-yellow with floral and lime blossom notes, plus pear, apple and subtle vanilla. Dry, medium-bodied with bright acidity, saline minerality and a long, aromatic finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; cold maceration and decantation; fermented in stainless steel at ~18°C; aged 4–5 months on lees in steel, then bottled after short bottle aging.
