Pale gold; intense, complex aromas of pear, ripe stone fruit, peach leaf, nutmeg and subtle lactic/vanilla. Full-bodied, rich texture with harmonious acidity, savory minerality and a lingering bitter‑almond finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; whole-bunch pressing, cold settling 24h; ~50% stainless steel and 50% Hungarian oak/barrique fermentation; aged ~8 months in barriques before blending and bottling.
