Bright citrus and stone fruit with jasmine, chamomile, tarragon, beeswax and flinty minerality. Tight, linear palate with saline tension, pithy phenolics and crackling acidity leading to a long, zesty finish.

釀造方式
 
B.A. Thieriot fruit is farmed organically/biodynamically (not certified). Hand‑harvested, whole‑cluster pressed, barrel‑fermented in French oak (native yeasts), partial malolactic, aged on the lees with minimal filtration and low SO2.
