Opulent Pomerol with ripe blackberry and cassis, dark chocolate, hazelnut and espresso notes, plus smoked liquorice and earthy truffle. Full-bodied, plush texture with ripe chewy tannins and a cappuccino-like finish; dense fruit and refined oak integration.

Western: roast lamb, grilled beef/filet mignon, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ beef, braised short ribs, Sichuan-style beef dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Traditional vinification with temperature-controlled fermentations. Blend aged ~18 months in once-used Vieux Château Certan oak barrels; limited-production, hand-harvested fruit.
