Blackcurrant and black cherry core with raspberry and floral (rose/lavender) notes, cedar, spice and cocoa. Medium-full, plush texture, ripe grainy tannins and a mineral lift; long, spicy finish.

Hand-harvested. Gentle vinification by infusion with cold maceration (30–35 days). Aged in barrels and casks (portion in new oak historically).
