Hand-harvested, parcel-by-parcel fermentation in temperature-controlled cement/stainless tanks; élevage in 225L and 500L barrels, larger formats and foudre with significant new oak and reductive ageing on fine lees.

Château Laroque is a historic estate on the limestone plateau of St‑Christophe‑des‑Bardes; owned by the Beaumartin family, extensive contiguous holdings (c.61ha) with ~27ha selected for the Grand Vin. Modernized cellar and direction under David Suire.
