Bright ruby red; floral iris and violet, red berries, aromatic herbs. Fresh, generous palate with fine-grained tannins, tangy crisp red fruit and a lingering underbrush/mineral finish.

Western: pappa al pomodoro, pici with game sauces, grilled lamb, rustic salumi boards, steak and braised beef. Asian: Korean bulgogi or BBQ pork, teriyaki salmon, miso-glazed eggplant, char siu, Sichuan-style dishes with moderate heat (balances acidity and umami).
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand harvest, destemming, optical sorting; fermentation on skins in stainless steel vats, winter maturation, then aged in oak barrels and further bottle aging. Organic certified.
