Blackcurrant, blackberry and violet with tobacco, cedar, menthol and espresso notes. Medium–full-bodied, fresh acidity, fine grainy tannins and a long, savoury finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; fermentation at ~26–28°C with gentle pump-overs; malolactic fermentation; aged ~12–18 months in 20–33% new French oak.
