Dense, mineral-driven Pomerol with black cherry, blackcurrant, plum, violet and truffle notes; hints of tobacco, cedar and dark chocolate. Silky, layered palate with firm, finely grained tannins and an exceptionally long, savory finish.

Western: roast lamb, braised short ribs, beef tenderloin, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), beef hot pot, soy/umami mushroom dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, traditional vinification with extended maceration; aged ~9–12 months in oak (approximately 30% new).
