Intense citrus and stone-fruit aromatics (kumquat, mandarin, orange blossom) with mineral, chalky undertones. Palate shows bright acidity, bitter-citrus tension, subtle oak spice and a saline, persistent finish.

Organic/biodiverse bush vines; hand-harvested. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts; aged ~10 months in 225–500L barrels (used tonneaux). Low-production, single-vineyard field blend.
