Bright salmon-orange; aromas of red berries, rhubarb, cranberry and red‑currant leaf with subtle herbal/smoky notes. Fine, persistent mousse; tart, fruity palate with delicate phenolic grip and a fresh, mineral finish.

Western: smoked salmon, roasted quail with chicory, salt‑crusted beetroot, charcuterie and aged soft cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, dim sum, spicy Thai salads, Korean BBQ (pork belly), Chinese roasted duck.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Méthode traditionnelle (traditional bottle fermentation). Base wines ~90% stainless steel, ~10% red wine aged in oak; 38–45 months on lees; low dosage (~5 g/L); organic/biodynamic viticulture.
