Concentrated black cherry and blackberry with spiced plum, cocoa, garrigue and incense. Velvety, full-bodied with firm ripe tannins, tobacco and leather notes and a long, savory mineral finish.

Hand‑harvested, co‑fermentation of Grenache/Syrah/Mourvèdre; ~3 week maceration, malolactic fermentation, aged 12 months in foudres and ~40% new French oak barriques.
