Crisp, citrus- and white-fruit driven with chalky limestone minerality, bright acidity and a saline, energetic finish. Vibrant and slightly gourmand on the mid-palate.

Biodynamic viticulture; hand-harvested Chenin; gentle/long press; indigenous yeast fermentation in concrete; aged 5–9 months on fine lees; minimal sulfur, usually unfiltered.
