Bright red fruits (strawberry, cherry, raspberry) with pomegranate, white pepper, thyme and wet-stone minerality. Silky, chalky tannins, fresh acidity and a saline, mineral finish; medium-full body and vibrant length.

Western: grilled lamb, roast pork, tomato-based pasta, Neapolitan pizza, charcuterie, semi-aged cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, Sichuan-style pork, teriyaki chicken, yakitori, grilled mackerel with spice.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Garnacha; stainless-steel fermentation with manual foot treading at 22–26°C; aged 12–18 months in French oak foudres and concrete eggs. Organic/biodynamic certified.

Viña Koyle is a family project near Los Lingues, Alto Colchagua; high-density plantings on basaltic, mineral-rich soils. Small parcel (≈0.7 ha) producing Cerro Basalto Garnatxa. Certified organic, biodynamic and vegan.
