Mediterranean-style red: ripe red berries, wild herbs, rose petal and orange-peel lift, spice and pepper, mineral basaltic note, integrated oak, juicy round palate with fine chalky tannins and a long finish.

Biodynamic, organic farming; hand-harvested; separate vinification in small stainless tanks and oak, aged 12 months in varied vessels then 6 months in foudre before bottling.
