Garnet with bronze hues. Aromas of wild strawberry, cherry, violet, tomato leaf and spice. Bright acidity with full body, velvety yet firm tannins, savory tomato-olive notes and a long, persistent finish.

Western: lamb chops, beef stew, wild mushroom risotto, meat pies, aged pecorino or kasseri. Asian: char siu or roasted pork, Korean bulgogi, teriyaki duck, Sichuan beef with moderate spice. Also pairs well with tomato-based seafood stews and grilled vegetables.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested old-vine Xinomavro; destemmed and fermented ~2 weeks with post-fermentation maceration; malolactic in French oak; matured ~12–14 months in mostly older French oak, then bottle-aged before release.
