Intense grapefruit and orange zest with sage, nettle and smoky tea; pronounced slate salinity, ripe citrus core, bright piercing acidity, medium-bodied with oily texture and an extremely long, precise finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested from centenarian ungrafted vines; basket-pressed; fermented mainly in an old 600L Halbstück oak cask with a small stainless-steel portion; aged on lees until bottling; dry (Grosses Gewächs) style.
 

 
酒莊資訊
 
Klaus‑Peter Keller (Weingut Keller) began producing from the Piesporter Schubertslay in 2018 after taking over the lease from Julian Haart. The tiny, steep site (owned by Vereinigte Hospitien) has very old, own‑rooted Riesling vines.
