Bright crimson Shiraz with ripe black and red berries, mulberry and cassis, black pepper and spice, gentle vanilla oak and soft, plush tannins; full-bodied with a lingering spice-driven finish.

Western: grilled steak, roast lamb, barbecued ribs, beef stews, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean barbecue, Chinese red-braised beef, Sichuan spicy dishes, char siu, Malaysian satay.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Machine-harvested at night, destemmed and fermented ~7 days with regular pump-overs; pressed, underwent MLF, aged mainly in older French oak (majority) with remaining wine in tank, ~13–15 months maturation.

Kaesler is a historic Barossa estate (original plantings 1893). Revitalised under Reid Bosward and team, it produces estate old-vine Shiraz from vineyards aged ~35–130 years.
