品鑑筆記
 
Pale straw with aromas of white peach, nectarine and citrus blossom. Full, mouthfilling palate of melon and summer stone fruits with a bright citrus backbone, subtle vanilla/nutty oak (cashew/pistachio) and a persistent, slightly creamy finish.

Western: roast chicken, butter-poached lobster, creamy pasta (fettuccine Alfredo), soft cheeses, grilled scallops. Asian: miso-glazed salmon, Thai coconut or green curry, tempura, richer sushi (salmon/uni), stir-fried noodles with chicken and cashews.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Night-time machine harvest, gentle pressing and cold settling. Partial lees return for texture, fermentation in stainless steel with some oak influence, partial malolactic fermentation and short lees ageing prior to bottling.
