Dense Barossa Shiraz with black plum, blackberry, blueberry, mocha, dark chocolate, black pepper and savory char. Velvety, layered palate, fine sandy tannins and a long, spice-laced finish.

Western: chargrilled rib-eye, braised beef short ribs, lamb shank, beef casseroles, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese char siu or Cantonese roasted duck, Sichuan pepper beef, Indonesian/Malaysian rendang, teriyaki beef.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested old-vine Shiraz; destemmed and fermented ~8–9 days with pump-overs; pressed, settled and matured ~15 months in French oak (seasoned/new mix); bottled after maturation.
