Austere, finely delineated Meursault: saline, marine minerality with frangipane, grilled walnut, orange zest, nectarine and ripe orchard fruits; taut, precise and quite full-bodied with a lemongrass-tinged finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; ambient-yeast fermentation, partial élevage in oak barrels (small percentage new), minimal lees stirring, barrel aging ~12 months then additional élevage in tank.
