Ripe red and black berries with violet, earth and leather notes. Fresh acidity, fine tannins and an elegant, lingering finish; medium-bodied with poised fruit and subtle spice.

釀造方式
 
Hand-sorted, destemmed, 5-day cold pre-fermentation maceration, spontaneous/native yeast fermentation, ~3-week cuvaison, aged 14 months in oak (≈25% new), no fining.
