Intense ruby. Aromas of red and black fruits with spice, leather, bay and smoky accents. Generous, rounded palate with concentrated fruit, firm but refined tannins, fresh acidity and a long mineral finish.

Western: roast lamb, braised beef, duck (e.g., duck à l'orange), mushroom risotto, aged Comté or Gruyère. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (roast pork), Korean BBQ (bulgogi), miso or shiitake hot pot, soy-glazed beef dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; grapes destemmed, 5-day cold pre-fermentation maceration, spontaneous/native yeast fermentation (~3 weeks), aged 14 months in oak (35% new); no fining.
