Ripe apple and tropical fruit with an exotic floral edge, toasted almond and citrus notes. Rich, dense palate with bright freshness and a long, nutty mineral finish.

釀造方式
 
Grapes gently whole-cluster pressed; indigenous yeast fermentation in oak (≈30% new); 12 months élevage in barrels without bâtonnage, followed by additional tank ageing.

Domaine Jessiaume (est. 1850; c.14 ha) is a family-run Santenay producer bought by Sir David Murray in 2007; managed by the Jessiaume family producing village and premier-cru Burgundies.
