Ripe pear and yellow orchard fruit with acacia florals, chalky minerality and subtle vanilla/pastry oak. Silky, medium–full body with fresh acidity and a long, mineral finish.

Domaine Jessiaume — family estate since 1850 based in Santenay. The domaine farms the Gravières premier cru (Jessiaume holds ~0.77ha of Chardonnay there) using organic/low-intervention practices under the current team.
