Crisp, citrus-driven Aligoté with green apple, lemon zest, white flowers and saline minerality. Vibrant acidity, light body and a long, clean finish with subtle lees-derived roundness and ripe white-fruit notes.

Western: oysters, clams, grilled shellfish, goat cheese, seafood salads, grilled white fish. Asian: sushi, sashimi, ceviche, ceviche-style crudo, tempura, Thai/ Vietnamese seafood salads, light spicy seafood dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Whole-bunch direct pressing; settling in vats; part of the must aged in oak barrels and part in stainless steel. Natural (indigenous) fermentation and 10 months lees aging; no new oak.
